Live Poker Tournaments to Kick Off in UK and Ireland in February

Another month of great live poker events, featuring a variety of buy-ins and guaranteed prize pools is coming up for the players in the UK and Ireland. So, do not hesitate any more and keep reading in order to learn which would be the best live poker tournaments that are to kick off over the month on the territory of Great Britain.

This year’s edition of one of the largest live poker tournaments in the UK – the Grosvenor UK Poker Tour GUKPT already started on January 29th in London, taking place at The Poker Room formerly The Vic. The first leg of the Series’ 2017 edition offers a number of poker events, featuring various buy-ins and guaranteed prize pools, to end on February 5th.

The Main Event of the 2017 Grosvenor UK Poker Tour – GUKPT Leg 1 offers a buy-in of £1,100 and a guaranteed prize of £200,000. It is to take place from February 2nd to 5th.

This is not the only Grosvenor UK Poker Tour leg that is to kick off in February. The second leg of the Series, which is to take place in Manchester, is to start on February 26th and will be held until March 5th at the Grosvenor Casino Bury New Road. Local players will be able to enjoy the variety of live poker events, including a £1,100 Buy-in Main Event with a massive prize pool of £200,000.

On February 4th, players in the UK and Ireland would be able to join the one-day Pot Limit Omaha event that is to be held at the Rendezvous Casino in Brighton. The event features a buy-in of £220 and would be held as a re-entry and stack surrender event for the first four levels.

Then, poker lovers will be given the chance to join the APAT Scottish Amateur Poker Championship on February 4th and 5th. The APAT Season 10 is to take place at the Grosvenor Maybury Casino in Edinburgh, with two events being featured – the £82 Buy-in No Limit Hold’em Main Event and the £82 Buy-in No Limit Hold’em Side Event.

Of course, this February will feature a Dusk Till Dawn (DTD) 200 series, too. The series are to take place on February 4th and 5th at the Dusk Till Dawn casino in Nottingham, featuring a buy-in of £220 and a guaranteed prize pool of £100,000.

The fans of the Grosvenor 25/25 Series will be able to enjoy a total of three regular 25/25 events, as well as one 25/25 Mini event in February. The first Grosvenor 25/25 event is to take place at the Grosvenor G Casino in Aberdeen from February 9th to 12th. The next one is to be hosted at the Grosvenor G Casino in Sheffield in the period from February 16th to 19th, and the third one will take place in the Grosvenor Casino in Birmingham Hill Street from February 23rd to 26th. All three events feature buy-ins of £220. The Mini 25/25 event, on the other hand, will start on February 9th and will run until February 12th at the Grosvenor G Casino in Luton, featuring a buy-in of £170.

Also in February, in the period from February 13th to 19th, the second leg of this year’s edition of the Genting Poker Series Mini is to take place. The event will be held at the Genting Casino Newcastle as part of the GPS Season 2017.

The Poker Room formerly The Vic in London will see two more poker events in February, apart from the Grosvenor UK Poker Tour GUKPT. It will host the London Deepstack poker event from February 16th to February 19th. Then, a few days later, the Unibet Open – London is to kick off there as part of the UO Season 2017. The event will take place from February 23rd to 26th.

Last but not least, poker players in the UK and Ireland will be given the chance to join the February One Day Special on February 26th at the Grosvenor G Casino in Luton. The No Limit Hold’em event features a £140 and a guaranteed prize pool amounting to £12,000.
